  They did 5 or 6 cleans for me and I was pleased with the work! One time I did have an issue with areas that were missed but when I mentioned it they sprang into action and addressed my concerns. Although we’re discontinuing service to save money for a bit, I am 100% sure that if we resume house cleaning services they will be the company we use. Great customer service!

  Update: We are changing our review from a 1 star to a 3 star. They sent Caleb over the next day to correct the things that were missed or not thoroughly done. He was attentive and did a fantastic job. Had we received that type of care from the beginning, we would have given it a 4 star rating. At this point, our biggest frustration is not knowing what the final cost will be until days later. We appreciate the follow up and follow through to make things right.

  Our first time using the service today. My Mom, Marsha D, scheduled the service. They were over an hour late. We were given the window 12-1pm. They showed up after 2pm. They didn’t call to let us know they were running behind. We had to call to see where they were. We were told it would be a 3-5 hour cleaning service; they stayed two hours. For perspective, our house is under 1,100 sq ft. They didn’t do anything thoroughly. There was still visible dust on tables, visible dirt and other debris on the floors (we have LVP throughout the entire house), they only vacuumed part of the living room poorly and did not vacuum anywhere else (it is a small living room), they did not mop, we asked that they wipe down the walls in the bathroom due to hard water drops which they did not do, and they didn’t clean the outside of the refrigerator (we added the refrigerator to the service when we scheduled). It was definitely a rush job. The cleaners were nice, though. They did a nice job on the kitchen counters and sink. We would not recommend this company.

  I am writing to you to let you know that I will need to stop my cleaning service over the winter. I must say I have been extremely pleased with your service, your company and your staff. Everyone has been excellent. On a rare occasion I would see a little something that was missed but I never minded because the overall job was a job very well done and the professionalism of the workers was beyond my expectation. Bravo to The Cleaning Authority, you did a wonderful job.

  Blake did a wonderful job. He came on time, was very thorough in his explanation of what he was going to do, gave me a quote on the spot for more work (carpet cleaning our stairs) and what we had originally booked for (4 dining room chairs), was very personable and easy to talk to. He went above and beyond. Thank you for doing such a good job. We will definitely be return clients.

  My experience with more than 6 of their staff was very disappointing, they advertise great professional service, the quality of cleaning I received was less than amateur level for basic and a deep cleaning, I paid for professional cleaners, but I received 5 year old cleaning results, no refund was given, even when they were notified appropriately and timely and made aware of my unhappiness,it happened repeatedly, will never recommend them or ever use this company again for any of their services!!

  Holy cow! What a group, we had the pleasure of working with Tanya, Kyrah, and Morgan!

  I’m very thankful. Our house smells so good! I just want to say thank you because I get very self conscious about my home being dirty, and I truly have tried everything to try to keep it clean but I have realized I just need help! So if someone is reading this and is on the fence about hiring a cleaner- take it from me (I’m not rich) it’s SO worth it!

  I’m sure others feel weird about having someone clean your home, but they make you feel like a friend, and it’s not weird. Also I work from home, and so does my partner! They were so efficient, courteous, and mindful of us.

  Thank you, I sincerely appreciate the work you did! Also the photos I attached- I didn’t have time to declutter everything- yet they turned my messy piles into this eye appealing cozy/lived-in aesthetic! Thank you for cleaning those pans that were on the stove! THANK YOU 100x I wish I had photos of what it looked like before!
